District Council Update

Housing news. Derbyshire Dales Councillors unanimously agreed an affordable housing delivery plan for the entire district last week. More than 1200 new ‘affordable’ are to be built in an area stretching from Bradwell to Brailsford over the next few years. Homes England described it as one of the best housing delivery plans they have seen.
